Customer Survey Scanning/Processing

The IPC Group carries out customer survey scanning and processing in its document scanning bureau.

We offer a customer survey scanning service for clients who have input the data from the forms but do not wish to retain the paper copies and we also supply a full survey scanning and processing service which involves scanning and capturing data from the customer surveys using forms processing software.

Using automation to extract data is a more efficient, cost effective and accurate way to process customer survey forms and the data can be delivered immediately allowing clients to resolve any service issues faster than before.

When the data has been captured it is verified and quality checked before being released to the client in an agreed format such as a CSV file or spreadsheet and the images can be uploaded directly to a client server or supplied on DVD’s.
